Review cards for dentists and dental offices

New patients often choose a dentist by reading reviews. Your own patients are happy to help, but they leave the office and forget. A card at checkout turns a good visit into a review while it's still fresh.

How to ask without it feeling awkward

  • Ask at checkout

The front desk is where patients wait for their next appointment. A counter card there is easy to spot.

  • Keep it low pressure

A short "if you were happy with your visit" is enough. Patients don't want to feel pushed.

  • Mind patient privacy

Never reply to a review with details about someone's care. Thank them and leave it at that.

Which card fits dentists and dental offices

Counter card (4 × 6 in). A 4×6 counter card at the front desk gets read while people wait. A few handout cards cover the patients who forget.

Download a print-ready PDF with all three sizes and print it yourself or at any print shop. The QR code opens your own Google review form and doesn't go through our servers.

Questions

Is it okay to ask patients for reviews?

Asking is fine. Offering discounts or gifts for reviews is not allowed by Google, and your state board may have its own rules, so check those too.

Can we use more than one location?

Make a card for each location, since each has its own Google listing. Contact us if you need cards for several offices.

Other kinds of business: restaurants, salons and barbershops, auto repair shops, cleaners and home service businesses.
