Privacy Policy

This explains what Review Cards (a product of bizness.app, a registered DBA of Incodit LLC) collects, why, and who handles it. We don’t sell your information.

What we collect

• Order details. Your email, the card design you chose, the business’s Google place ID, what you bought, and the amount paid. For printed orders, also your name, shipping address and phone number if you give one.
• Account details. If you sign in, your email, and your name and profile photo if you use Google sign-in.
• Search text. What you type to find your business is sent to Google to return results.
• Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the site.

We never see or store your card number. Stripe collects it.

What’s stored in your browser

After you pick a business, your browser remembers its Google place ID, your card name and your search text, so you don’t have to search again. Business names and addresses from Google aren’t stored by us or in your browser. Sign-in also uses cookies to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are viewed, where visitors came from, and their country, browser and device type. It sets no cookies and doesn’t follow you across other sites. Page addresses are recorded without order or payment details.

How we use it

• To make and deliver your order, and to email you the receipt, download link, and shipping updates.
• To let you sign in and see your orders. Guest orders are attached to your account when you sign in with the same confirmed email.
• To handle support, refunds, tax and fraud prevention, and to keep records the law requires.

Who handles it

• Stripe processes payments, calculates sales tax and holds your shipping address. Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Supabase hosts our database and sign-in.
• Google provides business search through Google Maps Platform, and optional sign-in. Google’s privacy policy.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Our print supplier receives the card artwork and your name and shipping address for printed orders, so it can print and ship them to you. Orders ship under our name, not theirs.
• Our hosting provider serves the site.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for support, tax and accounting, which is typically several years. You can ask us to delete your account and anything we aren’t required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to be removed from non-order emails, by writing to hello@bizness.app. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. Residents of some states have additional rights under local law, and we honor them.

Security and children

Data is encrypted in transit, and our order records are protected by access rules so customers can only read their own. No system is perfectly secure. The service isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email.
