Terms of Service

Review Cards is a product of bizness.app, a registered DBA of Incodit LLC (“we”, “us”). By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Review Cards lets you make a card with a QR code that opens your business’s Google review form. You can download a printable PDF pack, or order printed cards and stickers that we have printed by a third-party printer and ship to you.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to make cards for the business you choose, and to use the business name and any text you enter.
• Check the preview and the business shown before you pay. The card is made exactly as previewed.
• Use cards in line with Google’s review policies. Don’t offer rewards for reviews or ask only happy customers to leave one. We aren’t responsible for how you ask for reviews or what Google does with them.
• Don’t use the site to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt or probe the service.

Google

Review Cards isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Business search uses Google Maps Platform, and by using it you also agree to the Google Maps/Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The QR code links directly to Google, so it keeps working whether or not this site does.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We read prices from our own catalog, so a price shown anywhere else doesn’t bind us if it’s wrong. We may cancel and refund an order if there’s a pricing error or we can’t fulfill it.

Digital packs

After payment you can download your PDF pack from the link in your confirmation email and from your account. Print it as often as you like for the business you made it for. You can’t resell the files or the designs. Because the files are delivered right away, digital packs aren’t refundable once downloaded. If the QR code is wrong, we’ll fix it for free (see our Refund Policy).

Printed orders

Printed products are made to order and shipped to the address you give at checkout. Ship dates are estimates counted in business days from your order, not guarantees. Colors on a screen differ from print, and small variations between print runs are normal. Orders ship within the United States unless we say otherwise. Cancellations, reprints and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Accounts

You don’t need an account to buy. If you sign in, keep your sign-in email secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Our content

The site, its designs, layouts and code belong to us or our licensors. The business names, logos and text you enter remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to make and fulfill your order.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost reviews, sales or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it relates to. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
